LoveSprout Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of LoveSprout (the "App"), developed by AGR Apps ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use LoveSprout. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. LoveSprout is intended for use by couples who wish to connect with each other; each account is personal to you.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@agrapps.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Pairing with a partner is core to the App's design: once paired, certain content (daily answers, mood check-ins, love notes, challenge completions, time capsule letters, and similar features) is shared between the two of you, according to each feature's own reveal/privacy rules described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Subscriptions and payment

LoveSprout offers optional auto-renewing premium subscriptions ("Premium").

Billing depends on your platform:

• On iOS, subscriptions are purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system and billed by Apple according to your Apple ID payment method.
• On Android, subscriptions are purchased through a Stripe-hosted checkout and billed by Stripe according to the payment method you provide there.

Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your payment method will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-current price.

Managing and canceling:

• iOS subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID account settings.
• Android (Stripe) subscriptions are managed through the link/portal provided in the App or emailed to you at purchase, or by contacting support@agrapps.com.

Refunds: refund requests for iOS purchases are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies. Refund requests for Android (Stripe) purchases should be directed to support@agrapps.com and are handled according to applicable law and our discretion.

Shared access: if either partner in a paired couple holds an active Premium subscription, both partners' accounts unlock Premium features within that couple, for as long as the subscription remains active.

Price changes: we may change subscription prices from time to time. We'll provide notice as required by law before any change affects your active subscription.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in LoveSprout (answers, photos, letters, notes, and similar). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it as necessary to operate the App's features (including displaying it to your paired partner, per each feature's privacy design).

We do not use your private content to train AI models or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

You're responsible for the content you submit. Don't submit content that:

• Is illegal, harassing, or infringes someone else's rights
• Contains material harmful to minors
• Attempts to compromise the security or proper functioning of the App

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another user's account without authorization
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or servers

6. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, features, tree artwork, animations, questions, and branding, is owned by AGR Apps and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or proprietary content beyond what's needed to use the App as intended.

7. Disclaimers

LoveSprout is designed to help couples connect through shared activities and reflection — it is not a substitute for professional relationship counseling, therapy, or medical advice. If you or your relationship are experiencing serious difficulty, please seek support from a qualified professional.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGR Apps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date, and for material changes, we'll notify you in the App.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Brazilian courts, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence provides otherwise.
